Your Satisfaction is our Guarantee!


Resume Muse is in the business of selling a service rather than a direct product, therefore we can not offer a full refund of your purchase price.  With that said, however we are willing to work with you for up to 30 days to resolve your concerns with your order.   Resume edits will only be sent/exchanged during business hours Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM CST (excluding national holidays).  Your satisfaction is extremely important to us as our business is primarily grown through word of mouth and referrals.  We want to make sure that we do everything possible to make your experience with Resume Muse professional and enjoyable.


In the event all of our attempts to achieve your satisfaction have failed, and a refund is required, we will agree to the following:


75% of your purchase price will be refunded for orders where only one draft of your resume has been created and sent to you for approval. Not applicable after 30 days.


60% of your purchase price will be refunded for orders where more than one version has been created and sent to you for your approval.  Not applicable after 30 days.


A Full Refund minus 10% will be provided to you for resumes that have not been worked on where no drafts have been sent for approval.  Not applicable after three (3) months.  The initial Resume Muse Career Highlights Questionnaire must be returned no more than three (3) months after your order date. Otherwise, your order will be forfeited and we will retain the purchase price.





In order to receive a refund, you must inform us in writing of your request.  The request must be emailed to us within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt of the most recent draft or within 2 days (48 hours) of submittal of materials for your initial rough draft.  All written requests for a refund will be answered with a confirmation email from Resume Muse indicating receipt of your refund request.  Without this receipt confirmation, you should assume we have NOT received your request.  Therefore your order will NOT be cancelled.


Our refund policy will be enforced without exception as it is understood our clients have read and reviewed the policy prior to purchase.  Our refund policy is merely in place to protect our client's rights as well as ourselves for the work that is created. Without this policy, gray lines will muddle the process and either ourselves or our clients will be short changed on the onset.  Therefore we view our refund policy as a safety net for ourselves and our clients and hope it will not ever have to be used.


How will I receive my refund?


Your refund will be transferred back to the credit card used to make your purchase.  It can take up to thirty (30) business days before the refund will be credited to your account.


Resume Muse reserves the right to change and/or alter our refund policy as business dictates.
